How it works

Once you open an account we will give you two PIN codes - a moderator code and a participant code.  For your security all participants are kept on hold until a moderator has phoned in with a moderator code.  Your conference call is then in progress.

Each participant is given a toll-free number to call that is local to them so they pay nothing to join the conference call.  You then pay $0.12 per minute per participant to use the facility.

Free web conferencing with insight

insight is an online web conferencing tool which allows you to run Power Point presentations over the web during your conference call.  Dong this gives the people on your conference call a visual reference for the meeting.

Insight requires no downloads for either you or your participants and runs on both Windows and Macintosh PCs.  There is no limit to the amount you can use insight.

What kind of hardware do you need to get conference calling?

To operate a conference call all you need is a standard telephone connected to the public network.  Participants can also connect via mobile phone.

To make things easier we recommend you buy a headset.  These are available cheaply and can be plugged into most business telephones in place of a regular handset.  Using a handset gives you both hands free for your computer.

insight™ our unique online call conference system is viewable by anyone with a Windows 98 and above or Macintosh OS 9 and above PC using any of the major web browsers.  insight® lets you display Power Point files over the web and the viewer does not need to have Power Point on their computer to see the presentation.  The full range of Power Point tools is available during the presentation.
